My personal 5 week challenge starting tomorrow until the 9th of December! AND BILLY IS JOINING ME TOO!!!
Okay guys so here’s the deal! I’m making a personal challenge for myself. It will be a little difficult for me, but I’m going to try my best to do it! On the 10th of December Billy and I are going to go back to Oklahoma to visit family for Christmas. We are going to be there from December 10th (which is a Thursday) till January 2nd (which is a Saturday). So my challenge to myself is to lose 6 pounds before December 10th. Now I’m not exactly sure how much I weigh right now. I know on my weight ticker it says I weigh 201, but during the weekend (Halloween) I ate quite a bit of bad food. I weighed on Sunday and the scale said I weighed 204! And I haven’t exercised for Monday, and Tuesday. So tomorrow (Wednesday) I am starting my personal challenge to lose 6 pounds! That means I will have to lose 1 pound a week for 4 weeks, and 2 pounds one week. That’s a total of 5 weeks to get rid of those 6 pounds! So if my fears are discovered tomorrow when I weigh in and I actually weigh 204 when I lose 6 pounds from that I will be 199 pounds! Which means that I will have lost 39 pounds! And if tomorrow I actually weigh 201 pounds when I lose 6 pounds I’ll be 195 pounds!!! And I will have lost 43 pounds!
So wish me luck on my challenge!!! I’ll let you know how it goes
After write this blog I asked Billy if he wanted to join me
and he said yes!!! So he’s going to shoot for losing 10 pounds! I told him I was going to shoot for losing 7 pounds then! That means we will be shooting to lose 3% of weight each!!!! SO WE NOW HAVE A CHALLENGE!!! I’M SO EXCITED!
If Billy loses 10 pounds he will weigh 308 pounds! and will have lost 56 pounds!!! YAY!!! this is just the excitement, and joint challenge I needed to keep me going!!!

a pound a week is pretty realistic. I think you can pull it off! you got the grit sis!

A pound a week is a very reasonable goal I know you both will work hard and get there. Isn’t it so much better when your signifate other works with you! Lucky you!

yay i want to join haha….i do need to start setting goals for myself because i dont usually do that in fear of not reaching them but when i do set goals i almost always achieve them…so i dunno why i have such fears…anyways..good luck!
